📝 MiniMuse Studio Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@minimusestudio.com. Returns must be sent to the designated return address provided after your request is approved.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🧾 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

Personal care goods (e.g. cosmetics or beauty products)

Custom or personalized products (e.g. special orders)
❗ Custom items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. However, for jewelry products, we may offer design modification services (such as resizing or style adjustments), depending on the feasibility of the request.
💬 Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and a service fee will be charged based on the complexity of the modification.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order after the return is accepted.
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
💰 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
